Hello,

My name is Isabelle Vanmaldeghem.I was born in 1981 in Ghent, Belgium.
I graduated as a photographer at the K.A.S.K. in Ghent.
In 2006, I experienced an Erasmus exchange at The Arts Institute of Bournemouth in England.

GRADUATION PROJECT

My graduation project was a documentary about gipsygroups in Transylvania, Romania.
I made a book, called: "Jij, zigeuner op mijn huid" (You, gipsy on my skin).

EXHIBITIONS

Out of control 2006 in Brussels. I was one of the nominees for ‘Out of Control goes wide’, a travelling exhibition around Belgium.

PUBLICATIONS

I had a publication of my graduation project in the Belgian newspaper "De Standaard". (05/08/2006)
